Kathmandu's Sacred UNESCO Wonders: Private Full-Day Tour

This is a great day to see all the special sites around Kathmandu. It is a long day but well worth it!! Sumit our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made our day really enjoyable.

Too much for one day. Felt rushed and not relaxing at all! This should be a 2 day trip not one. Took about 9 exhausting hours!

This an excellent tour. Our guide Sumit took us to all of the sites and did a fantastic job of explaining everything. His knowledge was vast. It was a very informative tour.

Long day so be prepared. The long day is not a result of the guide or driver, they were brilliant (specifically Sumit) It is due to visiting multiple sites in 1 day as the itinerary clearly defines. Do not book if you have a flight that day or perhaps starting a trek the next day unless you are prepared beforehand as my day lasted 11hrs. An amazing experience and certainly worth the money. FYI - you will need another 6000 rupees to enter all sites, so again...be prepared for the extra cost.

While a whole-day tour with seven stops might sound like a lot, it is absolutely doable. The allocated times for each stop were appropriate. The snack/lunch box included a croissant, a banana, a juice box, a muffin and two small cookies — more than enough food. For the actual lunch we stopped at a nice local restaurant which had a variety of dishes. I definitely did not need dinner that night. My guide was Asmi who was absolutely fabulous! She was extremely knowledgeable but didn’t overload you with facts. She was kind and patient, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her! My driver’s name was Biren. He managed the craziness of Kathmandu traffic with ease. He was a very competent and safe driver. The car was a comfortable and modern MG SUV. All in all, I recommend this tour/company. Especially if you don’t have much time in Kathmandu, the 7-stops-tour is definitely the right choice.

A great way to see a lot of Kathmandu history culture and religion. Asmi was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions while bhawani got us safely though the Kathmandu traffic

Great tour. There’s no way I would have been able to cover all these places by myself, specially in one day. Our tour guide Asmi was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to explain even our questions about hinduism. Please have a hearty breakfast and bring food with you, the tour is long and the lunch box, as advertised, doesn’t have proper food. I was all hungry at the end. Otherwise this was a great experience.

We had a great day touring with Asmita. She was very sweet and the driver was great too (sorry I don’t remember his name) He always opened the door for me and the guide opened the door for my friend. Great teamwork! We went many places and bought a bunch of souvenirs. The sites were amazing, but I enjoyed shopping a bit as well.
